Jeffrey Melago has worked ever since he was old enough to help his mother weed their garden. That strong work ethic has fed his years of experience in management with major corporations across an array of industries including financial services. Jeffrey worked for one of the largest financial corporations for 18 years where he specialized in establishing employee benefit programs and compensation plans for businesses and their owner(s), risk management and business continuation plans. He also worked with individuals to achieve their wealth accumulation, protection, retirement and long-term care needs and goals. Jeffrey also has a long history of helping Federal, State and Local government employees maximize their benefits and transition into their retirement. In 2009, Jeffrey founded Annapolis Capital Advisory. His firm works with top financial institutions in the United States and around the world. Jeffrey has studied business management and economics at the University of Maryland and earned the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) from the American College of Financial Services.
Jack Evans

Jack Evans is Vice President of Annapolis Capital Financial Services. His 13 years financial services experience is diverse and deep. It includes asset management, wealth management, retirement solutions, asset protection, legacy planning and mortgage banking with some of America’s largest financial firms.
Jack has an affinity for assisting clients achieve a more safe and secure income in retirement. Utilizing a consultative approach to develop strong client relationships is integral to Jack’s process. He engages with clients to get a thorough understanding of their overall needs. Jack’s depth of experience allows him to assess a client’s complete financial position, family concerns and retirement needs so he can effectively tailor a solution which ultimately helps clients attain added peace of mind.
His focus is safe money and protection strategies for pre-retirees and retirees (35-75 years young). The solutions Jack employs eliminate market exposure and downside risk while still providing market index growth potential with tax-deferred or tax-free returns. Long-term care coverage and legacy planning are important components of his asset protection and planning considerations. All strategies are tailored to a client’s specific needs and situation.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Maryland Producer’s license for Life and Health Insurance.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys golf, exercising, the beach and Penn State athletics.
